Office-born stories are very common and make a lot of sense. You see the same people day in and day out , so you build very solid and trusting relationships with your coworkers.
Ending up in a relationship with a co-worker at work is a pretty natural thing.

Don’t act weird in the office - the office can be a very difficult place to go every day once you have been labeled a certain way and that label, once acquired, will probably stay with you until you change jobs. Be careful, it can get awkward - if you do something the girl doesn’t like, it will become awkward for both of you every time you see each other at work. It’s not a pleasant thing so take it easy buddy!
Don’t persevere, you might get in trouble - perseverance pays off (but not at work). You have time on your side so don’t rush things.
Working with a Girl You Know Very Well
If you work for a small company and you see this girl all the time, then you should follow these tips:
Show how charming your personality is (be playful and use your imagination) show the sides that other guys wouldn’t let out at work. It will make you jump to the first place among the various male colleagues she might have in her thoughts. Send her some nice messages, “Hey stop sending me Candy Crush requests, I’m trying to work here..” or “stop using Facebook so much, the boss won’t be happy about it at all..”
Don’t be sexual, tease and tease her in a playful way and watch how she reacts.
If she doesn’t react well, slow things down so you won’t be accused of being a weirdo or even harassing her. It could be that she’s already dating someone (which should be easy enough to find out).
Try to be creative by using like role-plays. For example you could tell her “you need to immediately report to Michelle in HR, you need to book a week or two of vacation, we’re going to the Maldives! Pack your bags!”
You’ll see that she’ll start thinking of you romantically rather than just as an office colleague.

How to Seduce in the Office of a Large Company When You See a Girl You Don’t Know
If you work for a huge company and see a girl you like around use these tips to seduce in the office:
Option 1: Be light and playful, for example, interview her in a playful way. Be confident and keep her from saying, “Wait! What department do you work in? What’s your name? Okay and what project do you work on?” - Do it like you’re the boss and be authoritative. She won’t know who you are and the next time you talk to her you can introduce yourself and tell her you were just messing with her a little.
Option 2: Do it gradually, first a nod, then say good morning, then chat a bit. Make sure you stretch the broth a little bit as you go each time you see her. Over time she will get used to you and think of you. You should be able to tell if she is interested in you at some point. For example, does she run away every time you talk to her? Does she give you indicators of interest such as the fact that she smiles a lot? Does she start talking when she sees you? These questions are important when your goal is to seduce in the office.
It’s Time to Date
So you’ve established a nice relationship with her, you’ve read between the lines that there’s interest from her and you want to ask her out. Here’s how to do it
